Subject: The Court dismissed the action for annulment of Directive 2003/87/EC establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community, because the applicant has not established that it was directly and individually concerned by the contested provisions; the applicant has not established a sufficiently serious breach of the right to property, of the freedom to pursue an economic activity, of the principle of equal treatment, of the freedom of establishment and of the principle of legal certainty.
