Subject: The Satversmes tiesa judges on the claim to subject the Treaty of Lisbon to a referendum. In particular the Court, analyzing the compatibility between the law of ratification of the Treaty and article 101 of the Constitution, which concerns the citizens’ rights to participation, has stated the constitutional legitimacy of the law.
