Subject: The Ustavno Sodišče analyzes the relation between the right to dignity and privacy and the right to freedom of expression and information with regard to the publication of journalistic news. The Court, also recalling the Court of Strasbourg’s jurisprudence, though stating again the non absolute nature of the right to information, has stated that its limits must be interpreted in a broader sense when it involves persons holding a public position and /or facts of general interest.
